Refund policy

Please check, within 7 days of arrival, that the contents of the package meet with your expectations. We will assume all is well otherwise.

If you have ANY delivery concerns, PLEASE do NOT raise a complaint with Paypal before contacting us first. We have a 100% rating with Paypal and are proud of it!

In the unlikely event of an ordered part not meeting your order expectations, please email us quoting the order number and part number, with an explanation of the problem. When you return the item to us, if we are at fault, we will arrange to replace it or refund for the item as appropriate.
